STEP-BY-STEP OPERATION TUTORIAL
Please read and follow every step carefully before use:
Step 1 - Check Blade Alignment
Confirm the blade is aligned with the gear V-groove.
If not, adjust the blade position until they match.
Step 2 - Feed the Wire Straight
Keep the wire completely straight as it enters the machine.
Ensure no gap between the two feed gears - they must touch firmly.
Step 3 - Test Blade Rotation
Manually spin the blade with your fingers to check it turns freely.
If it does not rotate, loosen and adjust the two screws on both sides of the blade until it moves smoothly.
Step 4 - Correct Feeding Direction (Very Important)
The inlet plate must stay in the lower position at all times.
The wire needs to climb upward (like going uphill) into the machine.
Keep turning the hand crank while feeding - this assists the climbing motion.
Step 5 - Adjust Blade Pressure - DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN
Gradually increase the pressure while feeding the wire.
Stop and check: the blade should just cut through the outer insulation - not go deeper.
If you tighten too much in one go, the blade will dig in and the wire will stop moving. This will jam the machine and may damage both the wire and the blade.
Tip: Adjust a little, test a short piece, then fine-tune - this gives the best result.
